You agree not to misuse the services. Prohibited activities include:

• Using the service for illegal or fraudulent activity
• Attempting to bypass security controls or access data without authorization
• Interfering with platform availability, performance, or integrity
• Submitting false, misleading, or impersonated identity information

5. Fees, Billing, and Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing terms agreed at subscription. You authorize applicable charges, taxes, and adjustments. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of paid features.

6. Intellectual Property

Arrivanza and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the services, including software, design, branding, and documentation. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services.

7. Customer Data and Privacy

You retain responsibility for the data you submit and for ensuring you have the right to process guest data. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party products, policies, or availability, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all errors will be corrected immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrivanza is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the services.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or for security reasons. You may stop using the services at any time in accordance with your subscription terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations specified in your service agreement, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
